The Training & Placement Department of a college plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between students and the professional world. It is responsible for equipping students with the necessary skills, knowledge, and opportunities to enhance their employability. The department actively engages with industries and corporate organizations to facilitate internships, industrial visits, and campus placements. Through career counselling sessions, workshops, and seminars, they guide students in exploring career options, honing their interview skills, and preparing them for the competitive job market. The Training & Placement Department serves as a catalyst in shaping the future of students by fostering collaborations with companies, fostering industry-academia partnerships, and providing valuable networking opportunities.

To guide students to choose right career and to give knowledge, skill, and aptitude and meet the manpower requirements of the Industry, the following cell is constituted. The cell will ensure overall development of students with relevant and conceptualized professional skills and guiding them towards a bright future and career all around the world with the values of – ‘Sincerity’, ‘Hard Work’ and ‘Ethics’.
